Welcome to Good Habits!
Good Habits wasn't created because I wanted to start a clothing brand. It started because I wanted a reminder. A reminder to be more disciplined. More present. More intentional with how I spent my time and how I showed up every day.
So I made a few pieces for myself. Simple hats, hoodies, and shirts with a message that reflected the mindset I was trying to build. I wore
them often, not because I thought anyone would notice, but because they meant something to me.
Over time, people started asking about them.
Sometimes it was a quick compliment. Other times it turned into a conversation about habits, goals, discipline, or personal growth.
It happened at the gym, coffee shops, airports, grocery stores, and just about everywhere in between.
What stood out wasn't that people liked the clothing. It was that they connected with the message.
The truth is, most of us are trying to improve something. We're all working on becoming a little better than we were yesterday.
When I realized how many people related to that idea, I felt there might be something worth sharing.
That's how Good Habits became more than a personal project.
This brand isn't built around trends or hype. And it was never created simply to sell clothing. The goal is much simpler than that.
To create everyday reminders that encourage people to live with intention, stay consistent, and keep showing up for themselves.
If a hat, hoodie, or shirt can spark a positive conversation, encourage a better habit, or remind someone to keep going, then it's doing exactly what it was created to do.
